What if my plant arrives damaged?
Lucky for you, we offer Live Arrival Guarantee!
If your new plant(s) arrives damaged or dead (not due to USPS/UPS shipping issues) please contact me in 48 hours or less. I will then review the issue and we will mutually agree on a replacement, refund, or the next step. Refunds and exchanges will not always be available.
If a USPS/UPS issue does occur I will file or guide you through filing an insurance claim on the package.
First Class Packages are not recommended, no refunds issued on anything First-class - Please be alert on weather in your area, heat packs are available! No refunds will be provided if you did not order a heat pack when needed. Please be mindful you may loose a mess and that’s okay!
When should I expect my order?
Please allow up to 7 days to ship, but likely only 1-3 days. USPS/UPS First class and priority are expected to deliver in 1-3 days and Express is overnight.

We ship to all 50 states!
Can I cancel my order?
If the item has not been shipped you may send a request for the order to be cancelled. You will be refunded on original payment method and 10% restocking fee will apply!
Can I add to my order after purchasing?
Yes! However to not be charged shipping twice, you will need to message us your order and the difference will likely be paid through PayPal, Venmo or Cashapp.
How do I order as a gift?
Ordering as a gift? Leave a name and address in the "Special Instruction" section located at check out!
Dependent on weight First class ($6.50), Priority ($11.50), UPS 2 Day ($25>) and Express ($43) are available. You can get multiple plants and combine shipping. Once you passed the weight limit and move to Priority shipping, you can get numerous plants at no extra charge!
