Refund policy

Need a refund or exchange? No problem!

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, refund, or new tracking for a replacement. A new item or refund may not always be available.

You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  damaged or if you receive the wrong item please contact in 48 hours or less! After that time has passed you may not be eligible for any return.

Plantkingusa is NOT responsible for any severe shipping issues, I will gladly assist you to file an insurance claim with USPS/UPS or check for a free replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
